Fixes sniper not taking this hat off when taunting with melee weapon. Jigglebones, texturegroups, smoothing and collisions work same as on default.

EDIT(Dec 9 2014): Recent TF2 update claims that this bug was fixed. After checking it out a few times, I think this upload is still relevant.
