I notice (and I'm sure I'm not the only one who noticed) that the Spooky Sleeves were EXTREMELY pixelated, and looked unfitting in TF2.

I decided to make a higher-quality version of it.

I was originally making it for personal SFM use, but decided to release it for TF2. Pretty much it. Fully paintable, has VPKs and a Concept Scout version.
