It's been several months so I decided to release this item as a skin for anyone who wants to use it. It replaces the Merc's Pride Scarf for the Scout only, adding this skin will keep the Scarf the same for every other class. It is set up for paint but there's no other Scout miscs in the same bodygroup set up to be paintable. feel free to rename the /tf/model/player/item/scout files to whichever item in the GCF you wish.
This is the first item I ever made. The belly pocket stretches with the Scout's body pivot and the strings are jiggleboned. I hope you like it!
