Extract the materials folder to:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps*** YOUR STEAM ID ***\team fortress 2\tf

Just changed the color of the stripe to white. Black stripe for BLU team

and i was bored, the program is paint net and if i did this in paint the stripe would be fucked up
