Fast Learner for all-class miscs

I did not make this misc. I repeat! I DID NOT MAKE THIS MISC! I have only hexed this for mercenary's badge at a request.

Sparkwire,Hawf,Primrose (In the workshop) created this misc not me. VALVe added it to the game.

I only hexed it for mercenary badge due to a request. If anyone wants me to hex this for any other ALL-CLASS misc then I will happily do so.

Replacements (So far):-

• Mercenary Badge

• Tuxxy

• Merc's Muffler

To do list:-

• Add BP Icons (Might consider)

• Add more replacements (Not now.)

I've done this because It has been requested; Not that I want F2Ps feel better or some stuff about economics,I'm not doing this for only f2p miscs,I'm doing it for any,Merc's Muffler,Merc's pride scarf etc.

If you want to request fast learner or anything else for something else,I'll be more than happy to hex it for you unless you're going to ask me to port something from another game which I will NOT do.
