Cut Throat Concierge Texture Fix

Does your Cut Throat look like its on fire when you taunt in low light? Aren't you sick of it? Well no more. This fix gets rid of the fire texture when standing in the shadows and/or dark.It is also a fix for the cloaking on blu.

Its hard to see the difference unless you zoom in. Sorry about that, best I could do.

Place the vpk in your "Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom" directory.
