The Crazy Legs (added in this year's SPOOKTACULAR EVENT) uses the weapon lightwarp instead of the player lightwarp. I fixed it after noticing the problem, and I HAVE FIX-LED IT BEFORE ANYBODY ELSE.

LET IT BE KNOWN.

To install it, drag the VPK from the ZIP into this folder: common/Team Fortress 2/tf/custom.

(yes, I know the shots aren't that good)
