There are currently only 3 misc items to replace and either no one has them, or they use it (villain's veil). So packed in a replacement for the Villain's Veil and for the Professional's Panama. You can pick one to replace (or both I guess). Note: if you pick Professional's Panama, the Sniper will be HATLESS!

First select if you want to replace the villians veil or the Professional's Panama.
Open the corresponding folder.
Put the two folders in the following directory:
c:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/(username)/teamfortress 2/tf/
and in the box that pops up say you do want to merge the folders

TO DELETE:
if you want to get your Professional's Panama or Villian's Veil back just delete the custom
files named straw_hat (if professional's panama replacement) OR kerch (if villians veil replacement).

AND the items called chameleon in
