At first I want to state that this is based on BrainZ's simple Surgeon's Mask. However, ingame I noticed that it is not paintable, so I decided to update this skin and tried myself at modifying a texture (it looks horrible if you open the texture, you won't noticed that ingame).

If he wants this to be taken down, I will remove it.

I appreciate any kind of constructice criticism, and idea on how to improve this re-skin!

Comes in .vpk format.
