Alternative Painting: El Jefe - Colorable Hair

That's one of the other alternative paints. This is actually made around 2-3 months ago, and I didn't had time to upload here / I was really lazy.

This paint affects the hair area, and does not the stripe. Unpainted will have the same hair color as the normal skin.
