Alternate Hooded Haunter Paintability

All this mod does is reverse the paintable areas of the Hooded Haunter, so that the cloth stays black and the ghost is paintable.

I would've taken better pictures, but due to the way the textures are loaded, I couldn't use them in itemtest.
