A Handfull of TF2 T.I.P. Hat Fixes.

All of these screenshots were taken in the empty area of 2fort just outside of the map for no background distractions and a better look at the lighting.

This fix reduces phong, rimlight and such to fit in the TF2 T.I.P.

If there are anymore fixes needed tell me the name of the item's VMT file or just the hat itself because the model/texture's name differs form the files in the game.
