Boozer's Bomb Suit - Updated again

I had a problem with the targe when I could barely see which demo is wearing the shield and which demo isn't.

This also removes the viewmodel targe. Remove the c_v_targe files if you don't want that to happen for some reason.

Tweaked the waist of the skirt so it no longer clips with the demoman's vest, making him look less fat, and included an optional plaid texture.

Fixed textures on the non-plaid versions, used to have some black scribble on the backside.

Now includes a non-kilt version.
