Tron Fortress: Buff Banner V2

Back with more, here's the Buffer V2. The reason this took so long is cuz' I was having compiling errors, and because there were a lot of textures to go through. This new version is entirely team colored, and includes the new festive Buff Pack. Comes in red and orange for red team. Rate whatever, I'll be back soon with the sticky launcher.
