1.) Extract the "tf" folder from the downloaded .zip file.
2.) Copy/cut and paste the "tf" from the .zip file to this directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\team fortress 2
READ THIS IF YOU DON'T WANT THE BACKPACK ICONS!
a.) Do #1 in the instructions above.
b.) Go into the extracted "tf" folder, then go in "materials" and delete the "backpack" folder.
c.) Do #2 in the instruction list above this one.

I submitted this to Valve a while ago, with the stats of giving the Scout a speed boost and invulnerability for 6 seconds followed by a slow-run-speed cooldown and a higher damage vulnerability for the next 6 seconds. Yeah, not the best stats.
Realizing that the game has enough Bonk! drinks, I thought it'd be better as a simple skin release. If you're able to remove the white outline from the backpack views, give me the edited files, and I will reupload this while giving proper credit.
