It now glows! Thank you to Ankh for his/her wonderful and easy tutorial!"/skins/tf2/buildables/neon-buildables-animated.html"Because I took some VTM coding to make it glow in the dark from it (Don't sue me).
Seems that the glow effect had made the archive unable to compress it properly, hope that doesn't bother you guys.

My second animated skin, just a simple animation, I didn't like the fact that the old one was just painted on, the only problem is that the light wouldn't glow in the dark.
