Yes, the blue one doesn't support the glow and the .vmt file (which have been separated for your convenience.) causes the blue skin to become a standard flamethrower in appearance and may disable the esc key, (the skin works fine without those two files though) but no one can figure out what's wrong so I figured the best idea would be to release it to the public so maybe you could help me figure this puzzle out (full info in included read me file). Nothing is wrong with the red one though (though the glow is faint) Thanks!
