I've done a few Resident Evil 4 reskins before, back when this site was called FPSbanana, I just never made an account. SO, I'm happy with this one, as there are no BFB Tron skins, and my favorite class is Scout. It's not team colored, I couldn't figure that bit out, but the blue bits do glow in the dark. If anyone wants to improve on it, go ahead. And tell me how I did.
Standard installation. Just drop the contents into your team fortress 2 folder.
