AWPer hand v2(AKA The No-Clip)

Here is the exact change log of what this does, make sure to read this before comemmenting about how it's a reskin.

What is does

• Fixes lense to properly display as it should
• Adds bolts inside of scope area like Fishkill wanted
• Removes most clipping includeing clipping while taunting and clipping while holding it
• Removes normal map in favor of a phong map
• Removes the clip for the purpose of reduceing clipping.
• Adds some more brush strokes, chips and edge highlights to the existing texture.
• Moved the entire grip down along with the hand hole to make it fit snipers hand better.
