Just drag the folder in the .zip into your materials folder, and rename either c ambassador opt1.vtf or (etching) c ambassador opt2.vtf (color) to c ambassador opt.vtf.

Also, the render picture is not actually of this gun, but a picture that I (poorly) compiled in Photoshop.
