Skin-Compatible Nailgun for Pistol

Includes: Fully gun-mettle compatible Nailgun model (skin compatible, stat track compatible and also properly renders skinned backpack icons, which were the main points of this mod) which replaces the pistol, Nailgun sounds and a Nailgun bucket+backpack icon.

I had planned to make gun mettle skins work on all beta models, and I have so far finished with the Nailgun and the BetaRLauncher. The screenshots above show a version with a couple of errors I made in the p_pistol_wearblend, which have since been fixed. The errors are visible as the yellow splotches at the edges of the skinned parts of the model.
