This skin has been TexID'd, it can go over any slot and it shouldn't be an issue. I have included the complete skin, plus the UI components for the CSP, Stock Icon and the Victory Screen. I havn't made a BP yet as the process is hard and I'm still trying to understand everything. The bp is used is from this pack: http://gamebanana.com/guis/31523 which is incredibly handy!
To install the skin, the cXX folder goes into data > fighter > ryu > model > body. The UI elements go into data (XX_XX) (your game's language) ui > replace > append > chr
Have fun with it, tell me if there are any issues, I am planning to fix up some things but for now this is what I have.
