I was originally hesitant to set up this hack, because the user ThatBlokeWithTheHat submitted a green coat female Robin before me, and there are rules against making duplicate submissions. However, I recently received the right to redo the hack, as the revision that ThatBlokeWithTheHat submitted had texture issues at spots.

With that said, this texture hack simply gives female Robin the green coat that male Robin has. As such, if you want to use the green palette swap, you can choose which gender you want to play as now.

This texture hack does not replace any of the 8 color slots for Robin. It instead, uses its own color slot, which is the 12th color slot (c11 and l11). To use this texture hack, you need to edit a file named ui_character_db.bin.

ui_character_db.bin can be found in the following directory...

data/param/ui/

To edit ui_character_db.bin, you will need a parameter editing tool. You must then look for Entry[42] inside Group[1]; that entry is for Robin.

Name 7 is the amount of color slots that Robin has. Names 21 through 36 play a factor on which character names will be used. The narrator will say "Robin", regardless of Robin's gender, but you should still use the proper name value for the specific gender anyway. The values range from...

1 = Male Robin
2 = Female Robin

Names 37 through 52 only use values 0 or 1 for Robin, with 0 being used for unused color slots.

After making the changes to ui_character_db.bin, make sure that you implement it onto ALL the language folders so that the changes are applied for any language you're using.

Lastly, when using Sm4shExplorer to pack your mod, you will have to make sure that the extra color slot folders that are inside the following directory are set to be packed.

data/fighter/reflet/model/body/

Credits go to RandomTBush for his 3ds Max script, as his script really helped me with properly changing the texture IDs for Robin's models.

The portraits and stock icon took a while to make, since it's not easy to recolor all of the details of Robin's coat with the right colors.
