White and Blue G&W

That skin was made just for fun. I love the combination of neon blue and white and I thought why not making a G&W skin with these colors? It is a bit unprofessional, but hey, it's my very first skin I made! I am pretty sure it only works on c00. If it is, here is a TexIDFix.
