I literally made this in fifteen minutes but it still looks pretty nice in my opinion.
I know the stars are kind of blurry but I figure it does not matter since the cape is not out very long.
The install path goes like this: data/fighter/mario/model/mantle/c00. Make sure to drag the model.nut onto the c00 in mantle!
Important! This cape replaces ALL of Mario's capes not just NES Open Mario's cape!
Please tell me if anything is wrong with the download!
