This is my first character model import. Took me a while to port, and it's still not 100% complete.
Known issues:
-Falco looks washed out, this is a simple fix, should be fixed by tomorrow or the next day
-Fingers look weird. This is a rig issue. I'm sure I can fix this some time soon.
These skins are made and texID'd to be put in slots c08-c11, so please install as such. Place the c08-c11 folders in /data/fighter/falco/model/body, then right click on each folder and choose "Pack this Folder". Next, if you want Falco to sound like he did in Melee, place the nus3bank in /data/fighter/falco/sound. Finally, place the ui_character_db.bin in /data(locale)/param/ui.
THIS MOD IS WIFI SAFE. Please don't comment asking if its wifi safe or not.
