Knights Templar

This updates the Knight team in PVKII to depict the Knights Templar. It includes the heavy knight, the various flags and banners and two variations of shields: you choose which one during the install process. There are HUD weapon selection icons for the shield and a (rather poor) Knights Templar points icon. No archer skin has been included because the default archer already fits in with the Knights Templar theme.

The flags, banners and shields were made using photographs of relevant reference material.

• This package replaces the textures for the heavy knight, the knight's shield and various knight insignias in Pirates, Vikings and Knights II.
• There are two options available for the shield: a standard crusader red cross or a Knights Templar cross in gold.
• The texture resolutions are the default sizes.
• The package uses normal maps and phong shading where appropriate.
