Place the handtohand.VPK file in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Source SDK Base 2007\pvkii\custom

I thought it was incompatible with my King's Crown model, but I figured it out at the eleventh hour.

It is fully compatible with my King's Crown model, simply use the a_handtohand_crown.VPK file.

Avoid using both files simultaneously.

There were apparently some bugs. I fixed 'em.
