Change-log:

Updated textures, added displaced rocks to make the skin look more organic.
Cleaned up the .vtf file.
Custom Particles! Beginner Level (still learning).

Particle Effects: - Burning Embers; embers will fall from the concrete that the tank picks up, and when thrown, the debris that blow up are also embers.

I will add more effects, as I learn how to do them.
