M4A1 RIS *FIXED* *again*

VPK FIXED again

As it stands now, this will only work in Single Player, or Local Server. Best Available might allow it, but it all depends on that servers settings for sv_consistency I suppose. I know this model use to work in every mode, even on Official Dedicated, but it appears Valve has changed the permissions and I can not find any way around it.

I did not have anything to do with this release other than posting it. Its such a F***ing cool gun, I had to share with everyone. If the original authors want this post removed, I will gladly do so.

Please take a look at all who helped make this mod, then DL it and enjoy it!
