Place the .vpk to your addons folder located at

Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons

Instructions for VPK Edit

Extract the file to your main L4D2 folder found at

Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2

Now open "Pak01_dir.vpk" with Notepad++ and change the line

$baseTexture "models\v_models\weapons\eq_pipebomb\v_eq_pipebomb”

to

$baseTexture "models\v_models\weapons\eq_pipebomb\v_eq_bipebomb”
