These neat little sticky notes are on the backs of all four survivors, you can pick and choose which mod you would like to activate. Though I have only included the vpk file that activates all four.
Each sticky contains a different handwriting, so as not to appear to repetitive. Stickies are also covered by health packs when worn (mostly, some edges can be seen if you look hard enough).
Toss me a note or something if you would like a sticky note template to add your own notes to the survivors backs. I may create more notes later on, but felt I should release the ZOMBIE BAIT version for testing among the populous. Thank you, and enjoy!
