I know Rochelle is annoying and most ppl if not all ppl don't like her but i thought id make this skin any way.

If you haven't noticed Ro quotes Anchorman constantly. Its like Valve forgot to do her vocals and just through together a bunch of quotes really quick. Idc I just made her a shirt that would match her love for Ron Burgundy.
