Magpul PDR

Magpul Industries PDR (Personal Defense Rifle) replaces the SMG. Features a new model and textures from Skyfall and new animations from iiopn. Includes custom sounds. Note: For the moment, I am avoiding using custom particles and icons, as they lead to addon conflicts.

Known bugs:
- World model clips viciously through the player's head in thirdperson. Because survivor animations can't really be changed, there's little I can do about it.
