Toasty's Desert Eagle Revisited

I felt that the previous version of this release really didn't turn out well, therefore, I decided to revisit it. It have changed draw and fire animation, fixed various compiling related bugs, added w_model, new normal maps made out of the AO map ( no more ugly ass smoothing errors from bad bake), better specular and shaders.
