No Exponent Weapons

Hey, LolzMan 1 to the 3 to the 2 to the 5 here!

After being fed up with how plasticy and glossy the weapons looked, I couldn't take it anymore!

So I decided to make this at 2:33 in the afternoon and release it 8:27 at night!

This removes the exponent and replaces it with phong for:

All guns, weapons, and firearms in L4D2, INCLUDING melee weapons.

If this gets a full 10 for a score, I'll make separate VPKs for all weapon types and possibly all weapons individually!
