O.K This is as near as I can get without changing the model , so no red right hand of doom , and you could say the beret is hiding his horns other than that Ive tried to incoporate as much hellboy into bill as possable.

UPDATE: Ive fixed the bumpmap so his body looks more realistic , and took the logos off the arms as it looks shit reversed ;)

Changed the Beared so its part transparent , reskinned the body and bumpmap , had to put his cross chain on to hide the T-shirt mark from the model
