UMP45 Re-animation

Insurgencys' UMP45 re-animated!

Everything in this release is in the game itself, besides the animation. Everything works online, besides the crawl animation which flinches a little due to the amount of frames I used being less than the games default.

Any bugs that I didn't find let me know and I'll be sure to fix them!

Some things I've modified from the defaults;
- Decreased the overall size of the weapon, was way too big originally
- Rotated the menu model around slightly, seems more appealing
- Used the bullet model/texture from the games M9 to use in the magazine to simulate it being empty and full
