HL2 DM Player character & Ragdoll - Charlie Vigor V1.1

Completely replaced physics model. The Old one was causing conflicting IK chains in the bones.

Changed the skinning slightly on the reference models, for smoother skin deformation

Re-compiled using better physics joints, rotations and dampenings.

Now included physgun and alyx attachments.

Re-compiled the ragdoll for the Charlie_ref model as it was sticking with the old physics model. Now works correctly.

# Included a 3rd and 4th Female character with two new outfits. Female_03/04 in the player list. Shadow & Red
