As you can see from the screenshots, I also added in a skin for the Elite Metro Cop as well. I know he is not in Half Life 2, but I see him used a lot in Garrysmod HL2RP. So I thought I would include a skin for him as well so that there is some uniformaty within the Civil Protection Ranks.
What is new about this besides what can be plannly seen? I reskinned their gadgets that hang off their belts. I made a completely new radio for them. I used a Vector 44 radio as my basis. Of course I am limited to how the model applies the skin as well, so I am sorry that the radio is warped, as well as the other gagets on the belt.
I also remade their unit ID armband. It is now easier to read and has their new unit ID on it as well reading "CP - 753."
