First off, don't get all pissy at me for the tag on the back not being so perfect, if you would look at the citizen sheet, you'd know why it doesn't line up 100%. It was a nightmare trying to get it to work.
Alright, down too the details. This download contains both the "clean" citizens as well as the refugee citizens. The tag on the back has 2 markings on it. The C17 logo and the combine "claw" symbol that contains within it the Universal Union logo.
The Citizens have different clothing asigned to them by gender. Green being male and blue being female. Their underwear is also different colors (the under shirt). Blue being male and red being female.
As you can see, the clothing appears to be made with very little effort, only covering basic needs for clothing; only having to front pockets and a cheaply spraied on "C17" on the left shoulder.
If you look closely at their clothing you'll see they have CID# above their right pocket. There are two versions of the CID number, so not every citizens has the same CID. This goes for both male and female; there is 4 different CIDs total.
As for the refugees, as you can see from the pictures, there are two different versions for both male and female. For some citizens, they are wearing their asigned clothing, just having it be ripped up because of natural causes. There is also some that are wearing old Soviet Jackets/BDU tops. I thought that this would definitly add to the whole "Rebelion" feeling.
