Combine soldier with helmet finally

I asked for permisson to release this, IIopn hexed it to work in hl2. the model was made by lt_commander and it was originally compiled by alex_y97

Added some custom sounds and tweaked textures as well, works in all episodes.

There are 2 minor issues though, whenever the ragdoll lies on it´s back or stomach and is suppose to be straight up, it will always be slightly twisted to a side, but you´ll only notice it if you look up close to it too much; the other thing is the shotguner version, he has the same helmet as the regular, but I made the lense color fit both versions, is up to you if you want to fix that yourself, I would like to have a fixed ragdoll, it uses the default.

The prison guards will still look the same from the default without this helmet, I think it adds more variety and those are guards, not soldiers duh.
