sHiBaN's HD Shells Pack

The default HL2 shells were really, really low quality and had an unrealistic scaling. Therefore, I decided to recompile sHiBaN's great HD shells for HL2. To be honest I wonder why no one else came up with this idea, they're so much better. I couldn't get ingames of the rifle shell as none of the default HL2 weapons is using it, however it'll show up when using rifle replacements like in SMOD.
