Pickaxe replacement for crowbar

Fakefactory's world textures as a base, I just put them on the pickaxe model and added a bumpmap.

The animations used for this are from the Half Life V_crowbar model.

I've included an optional impact sound, installing this will require changing some lines in the game_sounds_weapons.txt file, instructions are included.

Not much more to say I suppose.
