Improved ar2 model

This is a fixed version of the ar2 skin originally made by valve. The new world model has been rigged with a supporting arm as opposed to valve's awkward one handed flare gun version. The muzzle flash is also slightly bigger. The new ground model uses the same texture as the view model and is more detailed. Although the textures are slightly stretched.
