Oldschool improvements pack

This is a big pack of edits to default models and textures for hl1 and several good mods, and also contains a big sound overhaul; while the models and textures are still old school, I do prefer modern quality audio ;)

There are also improved sprites and decals, and there is a bit of variety between some models among mods, so it does not feel so repetitive, or make everyone a clone.

Some model changes are big, such as the human assault model, or barney from azure sheep having additional weapons visible on him, but others are more subtle, such as simple texture misaligment fixes, or re-scaling some models proportionally between the mods. I decided to retexture the default barney and make him look a lot younger, for some reason the original looked like a very old man. One specific mod fix that you may not notice if I do not tell you is for sweet half life, now the scene with the osprey on the ground has the model actually on the ground with the landing gear out, instead of floating staticly.
