Half-Rats "A fever dream" They Hunger HD pack

1st. I wanted to a classic Low-Def They Hunger pack. The problem was - .pak files... All sonds,models,sprites were in them... I looked all around the internet how to convert them. There is no way to do it. So i downloaded one of R1chards packs. There were no sounds for zombies,aslaves,etc... Only some hd ones. And thats the story.
