In-Game Sleeve Color Change Skin

Remember how the color sliders in the Half-Life multiplayer menu changes your player model's color? Well I managed to apply this quality (dm_base bitmap) to the sleeve textures on the weapon models. Now you can change the color of the HEV suit sleeves in-game! Enjoy!
