Twinke Masta's Glock 17 on IIopn's anims - remixed

Twinke Masta's Glock on IIopn's anims - remixed/revisited/updated.

This is an update...or maybe even a mini-mod, for teh ultimate Glock 17 experience in HL.

What's new?
Sounds: the original sounds had a bitrate of 705 kb/s and didn't play properly in-game. The new ones are 352 kb/s and play properly.
- added a draw sound, new firing sound, new reload sounds
- if you reload the gun when it's empty, you can hear the sound of an empty mag hitting the ground (but only when it's empty)
- you can hear the slide go "click" when you fire the last round in the mag

Anims: removed idle2.smd (the gun spin) because Gordon kept his finger on the trigger when he spinned the gun...not a smart thing to do with a loaded gun :P removed for realism purposes.
Also removed a single frame from reload.smd because the mag was clipping through the gun

- includes Mr. Crowbar's fix of Ambient.Impact hands (the original had some UV/texture problems)
- retextured the sights to look like proper factory stock Glock sights
- added a new shell casing model
- added new muzzle flashes (Strelok's, edited by me)
- slight re-origin
- put new hand textures.
