1. Open gta3.img in your GTA SA folder using img tool
2. Find sniper.txd and sniper.dff
3. Backup the files before you replace them(optional)
4. Replace them
5. Open weapon.dat with notepad, find and replace this line:

$ SNIPERRIFLE INSTANT_HIT 40.0 100.0 358 -1 6 sniper 1 125 0.7 -0.05 0.2 0 0 0.75 1.0 6 17 7 6 17 7 99 A014

$ SNIPERRIFLE INSTANT_HIT 50.0 100.0 358 -1 6 sniper 1 170 0.7 -0.05 0.2 1 300 3.0 1.0 6 17 7 6 17 7 99 A034

$ SNIPERRIFLE INSTANT_HIT 60.0 100.0 358 -1 6 sniper 1 125 0.7 -0.05 0.2 2 999 1.25 1.0 6 17 7 6 17 7 99 A014

This sniper mod had cool new sound and a better crosshairs. To install the sound, you need ALCI's SAAT audio tool.
